My Review of Acura of Boston:

I went to this dealership a few times in the last few weeks to check out the RDX and MDX. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the salesman (Kevin) who reliably compared the two cars to other manufacturers' models and to each other. This was in stark contrast to my visit two years ago when the salesman (I forget his name) told me the second row in the MDX only seated two people. But I liked the styling and reliability of the Acura's and have had a few friends who have loved their cars so I was pursuaded to look again, and I'm glad I did. They were forthright and upfront on the trade-in value of my Lexus, and they also participate in Bank of America's Car Buying Center: which pre-negotiates the best price for you. Print off your certificate and they will honor it with no haggling. All in all a first class dealership that lived up to its luxury car reputation this time. And ask for Kevin for a low-pressure, high-class sales experience!

My Review of Acura of Boston:
Mike Bender and this dealership were phenomenol! From the moment I walked in to buy a car, I was impressed. The sales people that assisted me were very customer service focussed, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I especially appreciated Mike's patience and extensive knowledge as he assisted me with what could have been a very difficult process. Bryan Jones and other sales staff were also great! I should mention that I shopped around and this was by far the best dealership I visited. The price, service and overall experience could not have been better. Never for a minute did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt that Mike and his staff went above and beyond! I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

My Review of Acura of Boston:
I had a great experience with Acura of Boston right from the beginning. The people were wonderful to work with. I was made to feel very comfortable during nagotiations with Kent. He was the only one to email me right away after I inquired about the TL.
Christopher Wright in the F&I department was extremly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and at no time did I ever feel pressure. I was able to go at my own pace and do what I wanted. Ryan could not do enough for me when going over the TL's features he took the time to go over it not once but several times, answered all my questions then delivered the car to me 50 miles north of Boston.
I was impressed by this dealership overall but mostly by Ryan, his personality and his knowledge about the Acura TL.

Overall, I had a good experience. Zach Timmermeyer was a great help. He was very friendly and funny. He made sure everything went well. I also liked the fact, Zach left a open commuinication after I leased the car. I do plan on calling Zach for couple of questions.

My experience was positive because of the friendliness of the salesman (and manager), lack of pressure to buy a car; helpfulness, availability of cars, and salesman's knowledge of his inventory. I didn't receive unsolicited phone calls or emails after my first visit -- which I appreciated.

My Review of Acura of Boston:
I was extremely impressed with Acura of Boston throughout my new car purchase. I had contacted several Acura dealerships within the area for pricing information on a new car, and received the best price from Acura of Boston. Furthermore, the sales staff was extremely cordial and receptive to me when I visited the dealership. I never felt pressured at any time. My sales representative knew every little detail about my car, and even contacted me on his day off in order to notify me that my car was ready for pickup! This was definitely beyond my expectations. I wish all dealerships operated as professionally and smoothly as Acura of Boston. I give this dealership my highest recommendation and will most definitely return to them for my future car purchases.

Zack was a professional from the beginning to the end. He answered every question I had before and after the sale. I think it's admirable for a salesperson to care about you after the sale has been made just as much as before the sale. If I had a question Zack didn't know he didn't try to bullshit me, he instead went to the appropriate peopl;e where he could get the correct answer. Trust me I had him running around with a lot of questions. I found everyone at accura of Boston to be very helpful. I guess if I had any complaints it's with all the guys standing at the managers desk talking bad about a salesman that wasn't in that day. I really thought that was inappropriate. Other than that all the people were very friendly and helpful.

From our first visit when we weren't quite sure what we wanted, the knowledgeable salesperson answered all of our questions about various models and didn't try to steer or pressure us at all. We came back again when we had decided and he was attentive and present throughout the whole buying process. We were treated with the utmost respect during the negotiation process and felt like we paid a fair price. We absolutely love the car and had a great experience at Bernardi and speak very highly about the dealership to friends.

My Review of Acura of Boston:
By far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. After walking out of another Acura dealership yesterday (they refused to budge on price, and played games), I visited Acura of Boston today and in under an hour purchased a new 2011 MDX. Brian & Mark are professional, and straight forward. They showed me the dealer cost, and added a small profit for them (as they should). They also gave me a very fair price for my trade in, which compared well to Kelly Blue Book estimates.
